At the office of Richard H. Kaplan, M.D. P.C., we offer occupational therapy treatments to residents throughout the greater Philadelphia region. Occupational Therapy & Rehabilitation Services, P.C. has provided on-site services at Dr Kaplan’s office for the last 30 years.
Occupational therapy is the use of treatments to develop, recover, or maintain the daily living and work skills of people with a physical, mental or developmental condition.
We provide activities of daily living evaluations, myofascial release, cupping, vestibular therapy, and functional capacity evaluations. We conduct range of motion evaluations to determine limitations in mobility of the joints and spinal.
We also perform manual muscle tests to document strengths and weaknesses at the joints and spinal cord. In addition, we provide an extensive taping program for joints and the spinal cord. Our physician referred services are provided by licensed Occupational Therapists
