Twenty years ago Lydia began apprenticing with a Master in Daoist yoga, qi gong and tai massage. She fell in love with the Chinese teachings and the way she felt while practicing them. Many people asked for more healing advice, so she decided to add Acupuncture as a modality. In 2004 Lydia graduated from TSCA Acupuncture School in NYC. TSCA has hosted Master practitioners from all over the world. These experts provided her with Japanese, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Trigger Point Therapy techniques. Acupuncture is a complement to the Academy Physical Medicine therapy department and will aid in pain relief and stress reduction.
